A simple action that changes your life
We’re bound to earth by the laws of physics. When we jump, we defy these laws, even if just for second.
Jumping also is an amazing exercise. You concentrate energy into your muscles, load them up and then — BAM! — in less than a second, it snaps and contracts, launching you into the air.
You could consider it like an explosion you create in your body.
Mentally and emotionally, jumping can mean so much more. It represents the moment you believe in yourself and have faith in your ability to adapt no matter what life throws at you.
For that moment you’re in the air, you’re surrendering yourself to all the forces out of your control and accepting whatever happens.
Surrendering is always associated as being a bad thing, a sign of weakness. In this case, it isn’t.
